By accessing or using Lullbox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
Lullbox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal or business email management. You may not reverse engineer, distribute, or resell the service. Abuse, spamming, or using the platform for illegal activities will result in immediate account termination.
Lullbox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost emails, service downtime, or data loss beyond what is reasonably controllable. Free plans have usage limits. Pro and Team plans are billed according to the selected billing period and can be cancelled at any time.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lullbox is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
